Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation of why the system is being returned.

  Technical Assessment

  Our lead engineers will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid, insured shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the gaming beast in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to ensure the components and chassis are protected during transit.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once received, our team performs a hardware diagnostic to verify the build integrity before issuing your refund or shipping out your replacement unit.
